B12 injections

Why have vitamin B12 injections?

Vitamin B12 is vital for the adequate functioning of our digestive system and defends us against harmful bacteria and viruses. Vitamin B12 affects the way in which our bodies use valuable energy. Stress, fatigue and ‘brain fog’ as well as reduced physical stamina are common side effects of Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 is found only in animal foods such as red meat, liver, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy products hence the increasing popularity of veganism has made B12 shots more popular than ever.

Those of us who eat animal products believe we are getting enough B12 from our food however this depends on the absorption of B12 from the digestive tract.
